Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Provider to join our growing private practice as an Independent Contractor. This is a fully virtual position serving clients throughout the DMV area, offering the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you while maintaining a steady stream of referrals and strong clinical support.

Responsibilities
Provide virtual individual and/or family therapy to clients in the DMV area
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress
Complete accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation
Collaborate with the practice owner as needed to support coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and practice policies
Manage caseload, scheduling, and workflow independently as a contractor
Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field
Active independent clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, or Psychologist)
Experience providing psychotherapy (telehealth experience preferred)
Cultural humility and interest in serving diverse and immigrant communities
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical care
Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential workspace

Contract Type
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
