🧾 Insurance & Payment Options

Insurance participation varies by clinician. Some of the insurance plans our clinicians are in-network with include Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Please reach out to confirm whether a specific clinician is in-network with your insurance plan.

If you are using out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Our Fees

For self-pay clients, our standard rates are $265 for the initial intake session and $210 for a 45-minute therapy session. We accept all major credit cards through a HIPAA-compliant payment service.

We also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out - we are happy to discuss available options. Our goal is to make accessing therapy feel as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

We believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent someone from seeking support. While we can't remove every barrier, we're committed to helping you explore options that may make care more accessible.
